Onsite HR anti-harassment and sexual harassment awareness training plays a critical role in preventing unlawful workplace behaviors including harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and other employment law concerns.

#MeToo in the Workplace Keynote Option: Origins and Empathy

We explore and seek to understand the origins of the ‘me too’ movement and why this understanding is important.  The keynote presents a solution and how empathy is the key to healing – both for the victims, the by-standers, and the human species.  This keynote offers a candid origin story (research-backed, but not boring) about how and why sexual violence, discrimination, marginalization, and harassment has proliferated. The conversation is moved into practical ways that managers and employees can inspire change and foster a more empathetic and harassment-free workplace. 

#MeToo & #TimesUp Workplace Keynote Option: Social and Political Workplace Issues Affecting Us All

From racism to sexism to homophobia to partisanship to reverse racism to whatever comes next; we draw lines, foolishly conceived out of a desire to belong, and justified as each sector espouses their own victim-hood - how do we move beyond and forward?  How we are the same and how our differences make us better. Dangers of Complicity: #MeToo #TimesUp Workplace Tolerance of Violence, Harassment and Discrimination

Polarizing perspectives and a culture of abuse complicity coupled with a desire for a better world for our children and a need to just get along, has thrust a spotlight on our society’s addiction to violence, our tolerance of discriminatory behaviors and our acceptance of sexual harassment as the norm. To change society, social activists are stepping forward to help us re-define violence, bullying, sexism, racism, etc. and are paving the way for a more harmonious society.
