Career Experience

Broadly experienced Nursing/Health Services Executive & Leader with successful experience in nursing, healthcare administration, quality improvement, and academic instruction.

Tommye brings diversified nurse and healthcare executive experience to the coaching role, drawing upon 3.5 decades of leadership and 20 years at the C-Suite level in four (4) health systems. She understands the science and language of leadership and had a successful record as a Chief Nurse Executive and Vice President.

She has in depth knowledge, understanding and insight into what it takes to embrace the challenges, opportunities and joys of leadership in a dynamic and changing environment.
